OPEN BOXES
- Open boxes are encouraged to get the most out of your shipping.
- You can keep an open box for up to 1 month.
PAYMENT PLANS
- All payment plans will be set up through PayPal on our website.
- You are required to make a payment 24 hours after receiving your invoice, including updates and add-ons to current plans.
- Your box will ship once it is paid in full and you request it shipped.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
- All orders are packed on Monday. If you pay your invoice any later than Sunday, your box will be shipped the following week.
- All orders are shipped on Wednesdays, unless the postal service is closed. In that case, it will be shipped the following day.
- Shipping is done via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Local pick-up available.
- You are responsible for adding insurance to your package. It is available upon request and on average costs an extra $3 - $10.
- Magick Relics is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please direct those concerns with the postal service.
- All orders are non-returnable
