Q:    Are your crystals ethically sourced? 

A:    Yes, we hand select everything in our shop from local vendors and gem shows. We build connections with our sources and only work with ethically sourced material. 

Q:    What is a record keeper? 

A:    A record keeper can be identified by the appearance of raised or sunken triangle on the face, wall, or bottom of a crystal. 

Record keepers can be used to access information that has been stored within a crystal. They represent data or information that is within the stone itself, which can be accessed through meditation.

Q:    What is a “star“? 

A:    A star or "cat eye" appears on crystals that have been cut and polished in a very particular way to produce one or multiple reflective cross patterns across the surface. 

Q:    What is a "bridge"? 

A:    A bridge is when one or more smaller crystals are penetrating a larger crystal. It is located partially in and partially out of the larger crystal.

Bridges in crystals help bring two worlds together and they are the perfect tool for achieving balance.

Q:    What is a "penetrator"?

A:    A penetrator is another form of a bridge in a crystal. They are crystals that have formed next to a larger crystal, partially penetrating the larger crystal but with its base on the outside. 

Penetrators are best used when the person is working on advanced metaphysical areas, and attempting to share this knowledge with others seeking a spiritual path.

Q:    What is a "window"? 

A:    A window is an extra, diamond-shaped facet on a crystal. By counting the facets or faces on the crystal, you will be able to determine if you have more than six faces. The extra face is what is called a window.

Windows are good for scrying and accessing other realms, as well as your own soul. (Window to the soul)

Q:    What is a "time link"? 

A:    Similar to a window, a time link is an extra facet of a crystal. However, a time link will have a rectangular shape. 

Time links can be used to access information from the past or future and will face to the left or to the right. Left being into the past, right being into future.

Q:    What is an "inclusion"? 

A:    An inclusion is any material that is trapped inside another material during its formation. There is an endless combination of inclusion crystals, some more rare than others. 

Inclusions work with the host crystal, amplifying one another giving an overall boost to both of the properties within.

Q:    What is a "fracture"? 

A:    A fracture is an internal break within a crystal, which can happen naturally by earthquakes or extreme temperature changes.

Fractures create a rainbow effect, allowing us to work with multiple chakras at once during meditation.

Q:    What is an "inner child"? 

A:    An inner child is when a fully formed crystal grows within another crystal. In some cases, the the tip of the inner child may be exposed, creating a type of bridge. 

Inner childs can help you heal and get in touch with your true self, bridging the gap between your outer self and your inner self.

Q:    What is a "twin"? 

A:    A twin is when two fully formed crystals grow side by side. They grow from the same base, sometimes attached like siamese twins, hence the name.

Twin crystals will bring a soothing and calming energy into your life. They can also enhance your imagination and creativity.

Q:    What is a "key"? 

A:    A key is an indentation of another crystal growing on or next to the host crystal during its formation. 

Keys provide a type of doorway, unlocking parts of the self that are kept hidden or to access hidden information of any kind.
